In addition to direct investment work Carter Prince works on fund strategy and operations with a focus on overall strategy and non-traditional investment vehicles including warrants.

Before joining CVS Health® Ventures, Carter was the Chief Growth Officer for Syntegra, one of the first companies to use Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI in health care. Carter led Syntegra’s seed financing and initial launch into the market. Prior to Syntegra, he led data partnerships at Aetion, a player in the Real World Evidence market. Carter’s career has spanned the health technology and venture sectors, with previous data and analytics roles at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, SymphonyAI and Epic Systems.
