Leah Parker

Senior Associate

Leah Parker is a senior associate focused on market development and driving business unit engagement to maximize the CVS Health® Ventures investment portfolio. She supports sourcing, diligence and management of minority investments and is responsible for generating strategic insights.

Leah graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in political science and sociology. Her professional background spans across the health care value chain. Before joining our team, Leah worked in the analytics and behavior change organization at CVS Health, where she led strategic partnerships, cross-enterprise external data acquisition and digital health pilot initiatives. She has experience in consulting mid-market employers on benefits strategy, and at a late-stage SaaS startup where she managed relationships with life sciences manufacturers in the diabetes space.

Fun fact

An avid cyclist and runner, Leah enjoys spending time outside and competing in triathlons. She can often be found at live music venues throughout Brooklyn.
